My original movers canceled on me 12 hours before my scheduled more. I reached out to ERS and received a response immediately. They were also willing to try to get me in as soon as possible which I really appreciated! I did not have a lot of stuff, but I did have a bed that needed to be disassembled and assembled - they completed everything including the hour drive to my new house and a total of two hours. I’ve experienced some movers that take their time because they know it’s hourly, ERS is not like that. They have such a high level of integrity and respect your time and your money! I utilized the packers and movers for our move a few days ago. The packers were quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and worth every cent! The movers were also super quick, took care of our stuff, great at packing the truck full from top bottom! My only regret was not listening to their recommendation of having 4 movers because it would have been more cost efficient. So if they recommend # of movers then listen to their recommendation. Also, they were very flexible which was greatly appreciated!!

Fast, friendly, and budget conscious!

I've never hired movers before (always borrowed friends/family) and I was nervous about the cost/experience. The Team at Elite Relocation Services was fantastic! Responded quickly to my request for a quote and gave me a very reasonable quote based on the amount of furniture I had. They confirmed my appointment the day before and double checked the current and future addresses. Day of the move, they called when the Team was on the way and noted they would be earlier than expected. The Team called as they were pulling up to the complex so I could direct them to a spot/unit. They packed all my belongings into the truck in less than an hour (2 bedroom, first floor) wrapped and padded as needed. Drove the items 6 miles down the road and unpacked the truck in less than an hour (1 bedroom, third floor - no elevator in August). They were professional and courteous the entire time. I can finally do my review, and when I tell you THESE GENTLEMEN (BROCK AND BOBBY) ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, that isn't enough. Long story short, I recently just moved from Augusta, Ga. and cousin and I loaded the truck out there. Well when we finally made it back to Atlanta after all of the traffic we were completely tired. We managed to get as much off the truck as we could, but my anxiety kicked into overdrive, so we had to stop. I woke up the next morning looking for a moving company that could move my stuff in for me the same day, and I found ELITE RELOCATION SERVICES! I stay on the 3rd floor and most of my things were very heavy. I booked them for 2 hours and they managed to get done within and 1 hour and some change. These guys did a great job. This was my first time hiring movers. In the past I've relied on my back and my friends. And if my back is going to fail me soon, I don't want my friends to do the same because I've asked them to help me move one too many times. So it was time to hire movers. I got to stand back and take care of the little stuff and unpacking and playing with my son and they did all the heavy lifting. They came with blankets and shrink wrapped all the big stuff. My job was to take the contents of a ~750 sq ft apartment (excluding all appliances as the apartment building I was moving from provided them) to a storage unit 7 miles away. Caleb and Bam came in took my things to the storage unit in just under 4 hours total. Due to heavy traffic on the way to the storage unit however, I was only charged for 3 hours which was nice of them to do. They moved then stored my things very neatly and without damage.

I cannot speak highly enough of this group. I purchased a home in January and during my inspection the Radon report showed an average of 2.4. I didn’t pay it much attention as it wasn’t considered alarming being under 4.0 so I moved forward with the purchase. Even though 2.4 was considered “safer” I figured I’d get a mitigation system installed anyways out of an abundance of caution. Well I moved in and quickly started doing more research on Radon and came across a document that .5 is equivalent to your family smoking 1 cigarette a day or getting like 100 X-rays a year! Insanity. So I freaked out. I called Elite Radon (again) and told them I wanted to move forward with a system but wanted to make sure that if I spent THAT much money that it would the system would be effective. I asked for a diagnostic to make sure it would work. The team came and tested several areas. At first they couldn’t find a spot for an indoor system that would would help at all. Then we explored a spot that would require an external system. They got great pressure on that spot so we moved forward. I just got the radon results today. This system dropped my average from 2.4/2.6 to 0.3!!! That’s right 0.3!!! Needless to say best money I’ve spent on the house and so glad I hired them!!

Sandra and Kristen did an amazing job. I moved from MD to GA with my elderly disabled mother and I had no one to help me unpack prior to starting a new job on Monday.
