Don’t even consider another moving service! Elite Relocation Services is by far the best I have used! They were punctual, extremely friendly and professional. They were careful with my furniture and extremely careful with my washer and dryer so they didn’t get scratched during the move. They took the beds apart and reassembled them for me which was a huge help! I’m a single mom of two and simply didn’t have the man power to get all of the furniture moved quickly and efficiently and they exceeded my expectations. Honestly it was like having two friends help me move even though they were complete strangers. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I met the Elite Team and Brock the day before our move. We were in a panic. Uhaul got our dates wrong and the movers we had couldn’t reschedule. Elite stepped in to save the day. I am not sure if that’s apart of a policy they have but I do know these men went above and beyond! 2 men moved 5 bedrooms a storage unit and garage in 4 hours to one storage unit. They were quick, professional, clean, and organized. Brock has the best packing style. We would definitely work with them again. Thanks Elite!

The took great care of my stuff, they were entertaining, they made sure everything was where I wanted it, and they kept me up to date about progress while I was at my closing, and they moved me very quickly. 50+ Large Home Depot boxes and a 45 minute drive took around 6 hours. They came in under estimate. So so pleased.
I was skeptical about using movers as my last experience want very good, but this team knocked it out of the park. 5/5 because I couldn't rate higher. GREAT SERVICE!

We found ourselves in a situation where we needed assistance in unloading our moving truck, so I did a search and Elite was the closest to me. I called and was met with a very pleasant female that made the call and appointment a breeze. On the date needed, Daniel and Isaac were early to arrive and immediately questioned what our needs were and where the items were to be placed and continuously reminded us that they were there to make this move easy. I was in over my head with the move and having just relocated to GA and making a move in the middle of the Pandemic, there were no friends and family to rally together. After calling around and getting sub-par quotes and service just in my search for a moving team. Best experience EVER! I grew up a navy brat so I have experience a lot of movers and this is by far the best experience ever! From the beginning they were accommodating, responsive, and kind. My original movers canceled on me 12 hours before my scheduled more. I reached out to ERS and received a response immediately. They were also willing to try to get me in as soon as possible which I really appreciated! I did not have a lot of stuff, but I did have a bed that needed to be disassembled and assembled - they completed everything including the hour drive to my new house and a total of two hours. I’ve experienced some movers that take their time because they know it’s hourly, ERS is not like that. They have such a high level of integrity and respect your time and your money! I’m recommending them to literally every single person I know! Do not even consider hiring anyone else - go with ERS!

I utilized the packers and movers for our move a few days ago. The packers were quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and worth every cent! The movers were also super quick, took care of our stuff, great at packing the truck full from top bottom! My only regret was not listening to their recommendation of having 4 movers because it would have been more cost efficient. So if they recommend # of movers then listen to their recommendation. Also, they were very flexible which was greatly appreciated!!

I've never hired movers before (always borrowed friends/family) and I was nervous about the cost/experience. The Team at Elite Relocation Services was fantastic! Responded quickly to my request for a quote and gave me a very reasonable quote based on the amount of furniture I had. They confirmed my appointment the day before and double checked the current and future addresses. Day of the move, they called when the Team was on the way and noted they would be earlier than expected. The Team called as they were pulling up to the complex so I could direct them to a spot/unit. They packed all my belongings into the truck in less than an hour (2 bedroom, first floor) wrapped and padded as needed. Drove the items 6 miles down the road and unpacked the truck in less than an hour (1 bedroom, third floor - no elevator in August). They were professional and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend Elite Relocation Services!

I was very impressed with there systemic and professional approach to our move. Nothing was broken and they arrived within there 2 hour window. They move very quickly and even came in under the estimated budget. We packed our own things and were mostly prepared when they arrived. This is in my opinion an important detail that I missed the goal and did not have everything in boxes. However, Elite assisted in getting my 10 wardrobe boxes packed so they were able to get on the truck. I highly recommend there services and please get an in home review so they can actually assess your move.

I can finally do my review, and when I tell you THESE GENTLEMEN (BROCK AND BOBBY) ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, that isn't enough. Long story short, I recently just moved from Augusta, Ga. and cousin and I loaded the truck out there. Well when we finally made it back to Atlanta after all of the traffic we were completely tired. We managed to get as much off the truck as we could, but my anxiety kicked into overdrive, so we had to stop. I woke up the next morning looking for a moving company that could move my stuff in for me the same day, and I found ELITE RELOCATION SERVICES! I stay on the 3rd floor and most of my things were very heavy. I booked them for 2 hours and they managed to get done within and 1 hour and some change. They were on time, the communication is awesome, the price was very reasonable, and they were quick and efficient! I am truly appreciative of their hard work! I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

The day of the move they showed up on time and Lordt did they work and move fast! This company was very accommodating during my move. I lived in a high rise apartment downtown and the loading dock was being used by another tenant. So we had to wait 30 minutes until we were able to use it. Elite did not charge me for the wait time because the error was on the apartment unit and not me. Other than that, the move was only a few hours, quick and efficient.

These guys did a great job. This was my first time hiring movers. In the past I've relied on my back and my friends. And if my back is going to fail me soon, I don't want my friends to do the same because I've asked them to help me move one too many times. So it was time to hire movers. I got to stand back and take care of the little stuff and unpacking and playing with my son and they did all the heavy lifting. They came with blankets and shrink wrapped all the big stuff. They were really friendly.

My job was to take the contents of a ~750 sq ft apartment (excluding all appliances as the apartment building I was moving from provided them) to a storage unit 7 miles away. Caleb and Bam came in took my things to the storage unit in just under 4 hours total. Due to heavy traffic on the way to the storage unit however, I was only charged for 3 hours which was nice of them to do. They moved then stored my things very neatly and without damage.

The moving company kept in contact with me throughout the process and the rates are straightforward. They were the only company that didn’t add all of these extra charges or require that I use three to four movers that I didn’t need. They hustled from the moment that they got there until the moment the last item was out of the truck. They were very polite and respectful. After talking to a friend of mine about the great service they provided, I found out that my friend had them help with their move also and agreed that they provided a great service and remained productive during the entire move. This is the old fashioned hard working mentality that some other companies seemed to have forgotten about.

I cannot speak highly enough of this group. I purchased a home in January and during my inspection the Radon report showed an average of 2.4. I didn’t pay it much attention as it wasn’t considered alarming being under 4.0 so I moved forward with the purchase. Even though 2.4 was considered “safer” I figured I’d get a mitigation system installed anyways out of an abundance of caution. Well I moved in and quickly started doing more research on Radon and came across a document that .5 is equivalent to your family smoking 1 cigarette a day or getting like 100 X-rays a year! Insanity. So I freaked out. I called Elite Radon (again) and told them I wanted to move forward with a system but wanted to make sure that if I spent THAT much money that it would the system would be effective. I asked for a diagnostic to make sure it would work. The team came and tested several areas. At first they couldn’t find a spot for an indoor system that would would help at all. Then we explored a spot that would require an external system. They got great pressure on that spot so we moved forward. I just got the radon results today. This system dropped my average from 2.4/2.6 to 0.3!!! That’s right 0.3!!! Needless to say best money I’ve spent on the house and so glad I hired them!!

Brock and his team are very professional and provide excellent quality. They consistently work, wrap all of your furniture, did not require me to pack my drawers, and were also very personable. They made sure to angle everything correctly to avoid damages to the walls. They placed my furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them and they put my beds up. All I have to do is unpack. They move very quickly and even came in under the estimated budget. We packed our own things and were mostly prepared when they arrived.
